Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any plan with Balanced Bites by Ayushi.

All Payments Are Final

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed for any plan (including monthly or multi-month programs), it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Payments are also non-refundable once your plan has been created or shared with you, regardless of when payment was made relative to delivery.

This policy applies regardless of:

  • Delivery status of your plan
  • Changes in personal circumstances or health
  • Satisfaction level with recommendations
  • Ability to complete the program

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases, at management's sole discretion:

  • Duplicate payments charged in error
  • Service non-delivery due to our fault

If you believe an exception applies, contact us at info@balancedbitesbyayushi.com with your payment details and a description of the issue.

Plan Adjustments

While refunds are not available, we are committed to helping you succeed. If your plan does not feel right, please reach out on WhatsApp within the first week so we can review and adjust your approach, portions, or recommendations where appropriate. Plan adjustments are not the same as refunds.
